The instrument amends Chapter 62 (recognition, registration and enforcement of foreign judgments, etc.) of the Rules of the Court of Session 1994 to allow documents which are to be given to or issued by the Keeper of the Registers of Scotland under that Chapter to be signed and transmitted electronically.
This Act of Sederunt was made by the Court of Session on 20 September 2022 and will come in to force on the 1st October 2022.
